Hello! 

 

My name is Victoria and I am a qualified and experienced mobile Reflexologist based in and around the Colchester area.

​

For almost six years I have been running my own mobile business whilst finding a good balance juggling mum life and raising my three amazing Daughters.

I previously spent 10 years working in the corporate world and the hustle and bustle of London and Manchester and when I moved back to Colchester I had a complete change of direction with my career.

I have always been interested in alternative therapies and naturally gravitated towards reflexology as I enjoyed having it done myself and in 2017 I completed my training. Straight after that I was fortunate enough to gain valuable experience at St Helena Hospice for three years as one of their Reflexologists and it really helped me to grow as a practitioner.

I am so passionate about reflexology, how it supports my client's health and wellbeing, especially when they feel and see positive change. Knowing I've been a part of that, is wonderful. I have a desire to learn and I will always have my head in a book or be studying on a course.

On a Thursday you can find me at The Mersea Road Clinic where I am their In-House Reflexologist.

The other side of my business I run workshops both face to face and online via zoom for Functional Reflex Therapy and Gentle Touch Reflexology for Babies and Children. I also work with corporate companies promoting wellbeing in the workplace and do the odd pop up event here and there.

My approach to reflexology is from not only a physical but emotional standpoint and in order to achieve balance we must treat both facets simultaneously. I believe strongly in the body’s ability to heal itself. 

Everyday I am amazed at the power of reflexology and I always find new ways to further develop my knowledge and skills to truly enhance the experience for my clients and for myself.
